3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Cetsoft's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges. Cetsoft reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom work developed by Cetsoft for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in writing. Cetsoft retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and know-how developed during the course of providing services.

7. Confidentiality

Cetsoft agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cetsoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Cetsoft's website, even if Cetsoft or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Cetsoft's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Cetsoft does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

10. Modifications
